In 1991, Bill Evans, Sr. embarked on his spiritual journey at Bethlehem Unity M.B. Church in Chicago, Illinois, serving initially as a musician. His dedication and talent contributed greatly to the worship and music ministry, enriching the church’s spiritual life.
His service was soon recognized, and in 1992 he was ordained as a Deacon, marking a significant milestone in his spiritual leadership. Inspired further, he answered the call to the Gospel Ministry in September 1993 and received his license to preach on October 24, 1993.
Committed to deepening his understanding of the faith, Bill continued his education and graduated from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois, on December 19, 1996.
Bill’s dedication to Bethlehem Unity M.B. Church extended through various leadership positions. He was officially ordained as a preacher on April 27, 2008, affirming his role as a spiritual guide for the congregation.
